Process:

  1. After reading my Terms of Service, send a description of your commission to tiffanyburkeyart@gmail.com. The more pieces I have the better I am able to accurately represent your character; however I am happy to help with the details you are unsure on. Before I can give you your official quote, I will need your:

    • Character Crop

    • Background Detail

    • Print size or other dimension you would like your piece to fit (I am happy to advise on sizing if you are unsure)

    • Deadline if you need the job completed by a certain date

    • Description of your character’s appearance

    • Overview of their personality

    • Brief background of your character’s history or role in their story

    • A few locations or scenes that would be a suitable background for your character

After all information is gathered, I will send you the official quote for the job. Payment is due in full before I begin painting. I accept Venmo and PayPal.

  2. Once I receive your full payment, your character’s spot will be secured in my commissions queue. I will then develop a colored sketch for your piece. I will send the sketch to you to confirm that we are on the same page with your piece’s vision. This is your opportunity to make any desired changes to your character. Please note that there may be small adjustments made to the original sketch as I refine the pose and details.

  3. When you approve the sketch, I will complete the render of your character. Upon completion, I will deliver a watermarked preview of the final illustration for you to review. You may request any small adjustments to be made at this time, however large changes and edits are subject to additional fees if they are to be made at this point.

  4. After you confirm the preview of your piece, I will deliver the high res files to you. This includes:

    • A .jpeg file for personal use (including your D&D sessions!)

    • A watermarked .jpeg to be used if you would like to share on social media

    • A .tif file to be used if you would like to print the piece for personal use

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions! I’m excited to paint your character in their best light.
